I arrived with a sprained ankle. The care and consideration shown by the owner as well as Concierge Sam and the other staff made me feel really well looked after. I appreciated the quiet of the location being slightly outside the City but only a short taxi journey away. It's a beautifully built hotel with a calm oasis feel. I ate at the restaurant daily and enjoyed breakfasts and evening meals: fresh and well cooked. Really comfortable room with a huge bed and quality linens. Good sized balcony overlooking the prettily decorated pool. I really loved my stay here and hope to come back.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Cheata Residence. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Siem Reap. My room was cleaned, spacious, and very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was soft and cozy. The staff ware exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. They assisted with tour arrangements, transportation, and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast served in the morning was simple but satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Cheata Residence to other travelers looking for comfort, value, and genuine hospitality.

I have a chance to get room upgrade the Twin pool access room ground floor. My basic room what i booked is double room one big bed, but my fiend said, we would need two separated bed. We talk with staff at the front desk they provide me same rate and offer us with a suite one, That's really great. We have a trip to see angkor wat in the late afternoon. we went to many temples, but we lose to visit taprom temple is the best popular one, because we can not enter in the very late evening, the guardsman said we on the time to closed this entry. We promise ourselves to visit you taprom on our trip next time. Thank you cheata residence and siem reap to make me fresh in this weeken.

The room I stayed was large as very comfort bed with cooling aircon, everything are provided during the stay from toiletry to hair dryer. Not to mention the smart key to unlock and smart key to access the electricity in the room. Although there’s some smal stain on the pillow sheet, but hey everything else are all on point including the balcony it’s pool view, separete toilet from bathroom. Overall I love my stay. Thank you all staff and bong Lok for the kind guesture and the man who offer me water.

I booking a room deluxe double room pool view and they said they could provide a special pool access to the ground floor. I am really exited and thank so much for this upgrade. Receptionist , chumnor, He is a perfect staff always smile and friendly at the front. He assist me all time, he's respect and helpful. Pool perfect, breakfast and restaurant all good. I've been the roof top in evening, i have got a beautiful scenic on roof top garden decoration very lovely. I promise, I will back here again.

I have a nice stay with friend in cheata residence. there is a quiet room for relaxing, I back from my meeting in morning and rest at the pool side, I have my good lunch time, great food to eat here. it's a bit far away from the downtown, but not a problem any way, have a tuktuk and comfortable way to reach the town just about 10 minute. And the end, i am really love staff, rooms, and food. Thank you so much for make me a comfort stay.

staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, the pool area was lovely and the rooms were really nice. The shuttle from the airport was a nice touch too! everything very cheap including drinks which were nice by the pool and we practically had the place to ourselves. the staff are definitely what makes this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent and warm staff. Pool was so relaxing in the green setting. Beds were super comfy !! Enjoyed being away from town it was very peaceful
